Dietary Delights Return & Refund Policy

At Dietary Delights, we want you to be delighted with your order. If something isn’t right, please review our returns and refund policy below.

Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns once items have been dispatched.

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • Refunds may be partial or full, depending on the situation.

  • If stock is unavailable, you will receive a full refund for any unshipped items.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer product exchanges. If an item is incorrect or damaged, we will provide a replacement (where possible) or a refund.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders can be cancelled up until the stated cut-off date in the product description (e.g. 25th August for the Kids Dairy-Free Chocolate Hamper). After that date, cancellations are not permitted.
