At Dietary Delights, we want you to be delighted with your order. If something isn’t right, please review our returns and refund policy below.
Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns once items have been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Refunds may be partial or full, depending on the situation.

If stock is unavailable, you will receive a full refund for any unshipped items.
Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If an item is incorrect or damaged, we will provide a replacement (where possible) or a refund.
Pre-Orders

Pre-orders can be cancelled up until the stated cut-off date in the product description (e.g. 25th August for the Kids Dairy-Free Chocolate Hamper). After that date, cancellations are not permitted.
